Student Support Coordinators: Year 1 & 2

Student Support Coordinators are critical to maintaining the commitment to a student-centered environment at the FSU College of Medicine main campus in Tallahassee during the first two years of medical education. They identify academic and other support needs to assist with students’ success. Working collaborately with the Associate Dean of Student Affairs, Assistant Dean of Student Affairs, and Director of Student Services, they assist with academics, advising programs, learning communities, and workshops/roundtables. Additionally, they serve as the primary liaison for student learning communities.

The Student Support Coordinators plan and coordinate special events for the College of Medicine: Orientation, White Coat Ceremony, Match Day, Graduation, and Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) as well as work closely with student organizations.
