Megan graduated summa cum laude from the University of Florida with a degree in biology and minor in business administration. At UF, she was involved with the Zeta Tau Alpha sorority and UF Cheerleading. She volunteered at Shands NICU and the Alachua County Crisis Center and participated in research involving liposomes at UF College of Pharmacy in Dr. Jeff Hughes' Lab. Megan chose Florida State because of the environment and facilities conducive to learning and most importantly, its dedication to producing both knowledgeable and compassionate physicians through early training and interactions with patients and caring physicians.
