We are scheduling maintenance on
Sunday, November 22nd, 9AM to 7PM,
for server maintenance and updates. This maintenance is necessary to
ensure our resources are secure against security vulnerabilities and
to maintain optimum performance levels.
During this maintenance period various applications and services
will be affected and unavailable most likely for short time periods,
including the following:
Internet access
Email (College of Medicine)
SharePoint (Intranet)
All College of Medicine websites
Network file storage (home directories and group drives)
Streaming media (webcasts / recorded lectures)
Network printers
Database applications o CDCS o Arcadia (CLC) o Admissions Applications o Library Browse (E-books, E-Journals) o MED Directory Browse

We are scheduling the physical relocation of our server room during
Winter Break. All network resources, including Internet access, will
be unavailable during this time. We will begin bringing resources
offline Thursday, Dec. 24th, 2009, at 6:00pm. We anticipate all
resources to be back online Wednesday, Dec. 30th, 2009, at 8:00am.
