Job Description
|
|
Dr. McLeod is responsible for overseeing the clinical education of third- and fourth-year medical students at the FSU Regional Medical School Campus in Pensacola. He works closely with the clerkship directors for each specialty, the Pensacola medical community, and faculty and staff to ensure the quality of the clinical education program. As Senior Associate Dean for Regional Campuses, Dr. McLeod provides oversight for implementation of the third- and fourth-year educational program across all six regional campuses.

Biosketch
|
|
Dr. McLeod practiced family medicine in rural Milton, Florida, for twenty-one years. He was an Associate Clinical Professor of Family Practice at the University of South Alabama in Mobile from 1990 to 2000, and mentored many family practice residents over the years. Dr. McLeod joined the FSU College of Medicine in January 2002. He accepted the position of Sr. Associate Dean for Regional Campuses in February of 2009. |
