Undergraduate research experience provides a means by which
undergraduates can participate in, and meaningfully contribute to,
the research programs of the faculty in the Department of Biomedical
Sciences - FSU College of Medicine. In addition to providing
valuable technical training, such research experience affords
students a better understanding of science as a career. This
experience can prove invaluable in helping students to plan and
prepare for their own post-baccalaureate careers – whether in
research, medicine or industry.
