Background and applications

Nanomate TriVersa is an
automated nanoelectospray sample delivery system that integrates
LC/MS, chip-based infusion, and fraction collection. Each sample
is delivered to the mass spectrometer via a separate nozzle,
thus preventing potential analyte carryover. Some of the
Nanomate TriVersa applications include rapid identification of
proteins from 2D gels, analysis of protein post-translational
modifications and non-covalent interactions.
