The Varian Eclipse fluorescence spectrophotometer provides steady state fluorescence and polarization capabilities.  Collection modes include fluorescence, phosphorescence, and chemi/bio luminescence.

This instrument is typically used to:

• examine protein folding/unfolding
• evaluate thermal stability of macromolecules
• examine ligand binding to macromolecules.
