Flow Cytometry Laboratory
 Flow Cytometry is a process in which measurements of physical
and/or chemical characteristics of cells or particles are made
while the cells pass single file through the measuring apparatus
in a fluid stream. The FACSCanto is a two laser 6-color
instrument. Lasers included are 488 and 630HENE. The FACSAria is
a three laser 9-color bench top instrument. Lasers included are
488 Blue, 630 HENE and 407 Violet. The instrument has a 70 and a
100 um nozzle for sorting and or analysis.
The Flow Cytometry Instrument is $30/day with a $30 cancellation fee without
24 hour notification.
